*Heavy matting - you will need to ensure your pet is not heavily matted, dogs naturally can get matted fur. Any dog that needs regular cutting needs TLC at home too. Weekly brushing and de-matting is key for your pets comfort and overall health. Heavily matted fur can be very painful for pets and even cause illness. If your pet is heavily matted, we will do our best to help you, however there is a de-matting fee of £10, as this is very time consuming and needs to be done with the utmost care. We will never charge for this without consulting you and you do have the option to collect your pet and address with us. However, your voucher will be redeemed as you will have taken an appointment.
